Responsible for general facilities maintenance and management of service accounts.
Initiated and oversaw major projects such as rehab of fly system, redesign/reorganization of scene shop, and procurement of new flyrail equipment. Initiated and coordinated efforts to beautify house and grounds, such as refurbishing signageand organizing/overseeing semi-annual landscaping projects.
Responsible for managing an annual budget of approximately $14,000.00.

This committee was created by the Board of Directors at my suggestion, and as its chair I was responsible for determining the committee's mission, coordinating the efforts of its members, and helping to guide the development of new ideas for increasing volunteerism and efficiency of operations.

Scenic Director, Production Committee (August 2010 - June 2012)
This committee was created by the Board of Directors at my suggestion, and as a member I was responsible for familiarizing volunteers with the theater's facilities and standard procedures. Also responsible for teaching volunteers of all ages the basics of theatrical carpentry, and for providing assistance and advice about theatrical production techniques and use of the space.

This committee was created to review the theatre's bylaws and to suggest updates or amendments to the Board of Directors. As secretary, I was responsible for keeping records of the committee's actions and informing all members of the Board of the committee's progress, in addition to fully participating in the committee's mission.
